No sooner than Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) began the drama of their leader Arvind-Kejriwal-In-House-Arrest this morning, Delhi Police quashed the propaganda in double quick time.
The day of “Bharat Bandh” began on Tuesday with AAP claiming on twitter that Kejriwal has been put under arrest.
BJP’s Delhi Police has put Hon’ble CM Shri @ArvindKejriwal under house arrest ever since he visited farmers at Singhu Border yesterday

Soon enough, one of their leader Saurabh Bharadwaj tweeted that nobody could meet the Chief Minister and the MLAs who went to meet with the CM yesterday were beaten up.
However Delhi Police was quick to respond on twitter that it was a rumour and incorrect. They tweeted that the CM was free to exercise his right to free movement. Further, they poasted a picture of Kejriwal’s residence to show it isn’t the case. “A picture of the house entrance says it all.”
This claim of CM Delhi being put on house arrest is incorrect. He exercises his right to free movement within the law of the land. A picture of the house entrance says it all.@DelhiPolice @LtGovDelhi pic.twitter.com/NCWBB9phDS
