What’s the truth of 2 crore signatories that Rahul presented to President Kovind?

Hold your breath. Rahul Gandhi of all people is holding a class on competence.

On Thursday, while speaking to reporters after meeting President Ram Nath Kovind, Gandhi scion termed prime minister Narendra Modi an incompetent man.

Though Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), through its spokesperson Sambit Patra hit back by stating Rahul Gandhi “knows nothing,” and cited a few examples to show the man himself is “incompetent,” the entire sequence of event is worth a narration.

Let’s first hear the takeaways from Rahul Gandhi’s utterances to media.

“There is no democracy in India. It can be in your imagination, but not in reality,” he said on Delhi Police briefly detaining Congress leaders as they headed for the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

“PM Modi is making money for the crony capitalists. Whoever will try to stand against him will be called terrorists—be it farmers, labourers and even Mohan Bhagwat (chief of the RSS).”

Further, Gandhi said: “I told the president that these farm laws are anti-farmer. The country has seen that farmers have stood up against these laws.”

Patra later joined the issue with Rahul Gandhi.

“There’s an incompetent man who doesn’t understand anything! How very true from Rafale to abrogation of Article 370 to Triple Talaq and now Farm Laws…indeed this man knows nothing.

Rahul Gandhi purportedly presented the President with a list of 2 crore signatories which Republic TV, having accessed the documents, found there were no contact numbers or address of the farmers that the Congress party claims have signed the document against farm laws.
