“I can accuse you sir”: A boy stuns an angry Chhattisgarh CM

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has recently been participating in public events to get feedback on government schemes.

The latest event took place in the Bemetara district. However, the public event soon took a U-turn when a boy, Kishan Agrawal, posed a question to the CM about reservation. The boy asked the chief minister not to provide reservations on the basis of population. “Why are the people of the general category, who are literate and have controlled the population being punished,” he asked.

The boy said that he wanted a chance to speak for a few minutes. He said, “We listen to you always, today I want to speak for 3-4 minutes.” CM Baghel was quick to lose his cool and said, “First of all, you are prejudiced. I give everyone a chance to speak. You are making a false accusation.”

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel did not stop there. He asked the boy if his father or mother had ever got a chance to ask questions from a chief minister.

He further said, “If you have got this chance, will you accuse me?” To which the boy responded, “I can accuse you sir, anybody can do it. You also do it.”
