NIA’s major crackdown on Khalistani nexus, raids on

In a major crackdown on the Khalistani nexus, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday carried out multiple raids in six states across the country, including Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Sources informed that the NIA was probing the funding and Hawala transactions used by the Khalistani and gangster elements based in other countries for drugs and weapons.

According to the sources, the raids are currently underway at more than 50 locations across the mentioned states. The NIA’s action came in connection with three cases (two cases in 2022 and one of 2023) registered against gangsters-terror and Pro Khalistan elements network. Khalistan Tiger Force has been named in an FIR for smuggling weapons and explosives to India from across the border, sources reported.

The National Investigation Agency is carrying out raids at Punjab’s Faridkot. The probe agency is conducting searches at 51 locations across the country in three separate cases linked to the terror-gangster-smuggler nexus.

The police in Ferozepur took a man into custody as NIA raids are underway at various locations of associates of Canada-based terrorist Arshdeep Singh Dala in Punjab. 

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is conducting raids at the premises of a ‘Gun House’ owner based in Dehradun. The Delhi Police arrested the ‘Gun House’ owner, identified as Parikshit Negi, two years ago and recovered over 2,000 bullets. He was accused of Hawala transactions and supplying ammunition to the Khalistan Liberation Front (KLF). 

A team of NIA is conducting raids in Dham Singh Nagar in Uttarakhand. The probe agency is conducting searches at 51 locations across the country in three separate cases linked to the terror-gangster-smuggler nexus.

A team of NIA is conducting raids in Suratgarh and Rajiyasar in the Sri Ganganagar district of Rajasthan In Suratgarh, the raid is underway at the residence of a student leader. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is conducting searches at 51 locations across the country in three separate cases linked to terror-gangster-smuggler nexus.
