A video has emerged which shows Sanjay Singh of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) physically assaulting a Marshal in the chaotic and violent happenings in Rajya Sabha over farm bills on Sunday.
In the video, Sanjay Singh could be seen dragging the Marshal by his neck following which he was escorted out of the House.
Earlier the AAP MP had jumped on a table and raised slogans.
Union health minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan has tweeted the video, saying: “Indecency with a Marshal is an insult to the sanctity and dignity of Parliament. I appeal to all respected MPs to uphold the dignity and prestige of Parliament that we have inherited.

On Monday, Derek O’ Brien of TMC and Sanjay Singh were suspended for their unruly behaviour, along with six other Opposition members.
