Soros alleged to have funded millions for Super Bowl ad on farmers

A 30-second commercial ad in support of protesting farmers in the Super Bowl with its huge cost involved is being linked to business tycoon George Soros who had pledged a billion dollars to remove Narendra Modi as prime minister of India.

It was Sunday when an advertisement aired in California, USA during the annual Super Bowl event that highlighted the farmers’ protests that have been going on since November in India.

Now, it may look like any other ordinary advertisement but there’s a lot more than what meets the eye here.

Understand it like this- For football fans in the United States, the National Football League (NFL) championship game between the champions of the National and the American Football Conferences is one of the biggest events of the year. And each year, the Super Bowl advertisements are a sight to behold – as the biggest companies put forth their most expensive advertisements, often featuring major celebrities. Over the years, the Super Bowl commercials have become a cultural phenomenon by themselves, making it super expensive – a 32-second national ad cost $5.5 million.

There are two basic issues with the video. Funds obviously make the primary reason for the concern. The next one might seem to be a petty reason but there’s a larger picture to it- It is the music used in the background.

So, coming back to the point, one might ask how did the ‘protesters’ manage such a hefty amount? But they actually haven’t.

It was reported that this advertisement cost $10,000 since it was a regional commercial and Fresno-based Indian-American Raj Sodhi-Layne along with her two friends had initiated an online fundraiser to cover the cost of the regional ad on Feb. 5.

Fresno, Raj Sodhi-Layne, Valley Sikh Community,

On her profile, Raj shared a news report that credited the ‘Valley Sikh Community’ for funding the expenses and one can see that she has used Sikh Institute Fresno as her location.

This is where the problem begins.

The Sikh Institute Fresno works in partnership with the Sikh Coalition, an organisation that receives funds from  Open Society Foundations (OSF). One can see this information flashing on their website.

“In addition, each year the Sikh Coalition proudly receives multiple competitive grants from private, non-Sikh foundations, including Open Society Foundations, the Proteus Fund, New York Foundation, and Emergent Fund,” the website adds.

OSF is an agency by George Soros, who has expressed his strong displeasure against strong world leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Talking about why the background music is problematic because in the original video of the track, precisely at 2.06 into the video, you can see it glorifying the Khalistani terrorist Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale.

If one puts the pieces together it becomes clear that many forces have joined hands to fight Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who has proved his mettle by remaining undeterred on his resolve to build a “New India” devoid of the people who preach separatism and sedition in the name of Khalistan or Kashmir.

And now watch the video below which is full of lies such as this is the largest protest in the history etc.
